GBQuestionable Shipment The online order platform is user-friendly. It's always easy to order from the website. Shipment however is problematic. Our large shipment of thermal paper rolls was left outside by our garage door in open weather which could damage the packages easily, especially on a rainy day. Usually, our shipments are left in the front or back covered porch of the house.

GBAmy was the woman that assisted me with… Amy was the woman that assisted me with my order . I asked her to duplicate my previous order and she did . When that order arrived it was the wrong size ( all my fault because I forgot that I had changed processor machine since I had last ordered ) she quickly and pleasantly helped me get it corrected , reordered and returned ! She was amazingly helpful to a computer stupid person (me ) she never made me feel bad about how I wasn’t able to help myself figure it out . WONDERFUL!!!!!
