Never received my shipment!!! Never received my shipment!!! Was not the fault of Thermal Direct. The issue is being resolved by sending me my shipment again and using UPS not FedX. FedX has dishonest delivery personnel!

Problem corrected You can buy with confidence. The prices and service is good. Which is hard to find these days. There has been a packaging problem in the past. The damage is normally minimal but Thermal Paper Direct has always tried to correct any problem quickly. After all you never know what a company will do until there is a problem. I do not normally buy from any other place.
