The filters are very flimsy The filters are very flimsy. They were damaged during transit. Shipped between 2 cardboard pieces. Damaged by post office, received bent and crack in frame. The original filters are very sturdy and opaque, while the ones I received are transparent and the frame bends very easily. I was contacted by their customer service immediately after I posted my review and they have since replaced the damaged filters in a different packaging, and provided an explanation to why they are flimsy. I am impressed by their prompt customer service.

Successful transaction with Goldstar Microwave needing parts Even though my microwave is from 2007 and branded Goldstar, the model number came up LG (who bought Goldstar), so I took a chance that these grease filters would fit and thankfully they did. Delivered quickly and in good order.

Delivered very… Delivered very quickly..............don't know the quality of filter judging from the oem one that was replaced ie couldn't see through the old one maybe due to it being really dirty, could see daylight through the new one.
