GBExcellent store with great search filters The website made searching for what I needed very easy and the magnets I received were exactly what I needed. I had been looking a while and this was the easiest process possible for what I needed and on top of that, the prices were great. I received the magnets quickly and they were well packaged. I will be ordering from Radial again.

CAVery responsive agent with flexibility Very responsive agent with flexible invoicing. Website required a minimum order with free shipping, but I was ineligible for the free shipping. Agent was able to work out something with me so my order was completed without undue costs to me.

GBLost shipment / good customer service My order was apparently lost by USPS but Radial Magnets noticed I had not received my order and refunded my money before I even made a request for refund.
