Very responsive agent with flexibility Very responsive agent with flexible invoicing. Website required a minimum order with free shipping, but I was ineligible for the free shipping. Agent was able to work out something with me so my order was completed without undue costs to me.

Lost shipment / good customer service My order was apparently lost by USPS but Radial Magnets noticed I had not received my order and refunded my money before I even made a request for refund.
