GBI ordered 4 strong magnets I ordered 4 strong magnets. They were shipped all stuck together and I am unable to get them apart. I called your business & also watched a Youtube video on how to get them apart but I still can't. I am a widow who lives alone with no one to help me so it has been very disappointing--I am unable to use them. Wish you have shipped them so they were separated individually and easy to use.
