GBTankless system was a breeze to… Tankless system was a breeze to install, takes less room under my sink also. I got the alkaline system, however, water has an odor to it. My tap water doesn't have an odor so the smell must be added by the remineralization filter. The smell is unpleasant and I have to let the RO system run for a few seconds for the odor to go away. I contacted express water and they sent new filters out but that did not correct the odor. Apparently it is the nature of the beast and I just let the filtered water run a bit before I get a glass of water. The smell has a sulphurous odor, may be from phosphorus minerals. Other than that, I'm happy with the under sink, tankless RO system.

GBI just bought my third system from Express and love it! I have bought several RO systems from Express over the years. As we moved to a new house, we wanted to clean up the incoming water. So after looking around at other brands, and as I know the quality of Express to be superb, I bought their system. When it arrived, I was blown away by the weight and quality of the design and build. After hooking it up (which I did myself), it seems to be doing its job. I feel that I made an excellent choice and saved lots of money and I expect to change the filters as needed. I highly recommend their products!

GBI received my order which should have… I received my order which should have been Sed, ACB and GAC filters however I received Sed,ACB and KDF filter set. When I called / Emailed about the issue it took a few several requests for pictures to get a solution. In the future if pictures of the outside and the inside are required it should be stated in the first request so there is less frustration on the customers part

GBWater tank leaking I just received water tank replacement RO-132. It comes with valve which you install on the tank. The side where you put tubing has insert that should be locked. No locking clip included. It leaks without that locking clip. They couldn't provide one tiny clip. To fix that problem you can purchase pack of 10 for $ 14.99

GBA very well made unit A very well made unit, I was actually surprised how well it is made, even the gauges are quality, As soon as I received it I immeadiately installed it, it's has been up and running for about 15 days and yes I notice right away the odor from the water dissappered, also When I fill a glass of water how clear and sparkeling the water is. I did for the first time in eight years I did drink a cold glass of water from the tap. Thank you Express
