USExtremely Happy I exchanged the 4 gallon tank for a 3 gallon tank when ordering to fit under my sink. Once the whole system arrived the directions are easy to follow and took about 3 hours to install and that includes drilling a hole through my granite counter. Very impressed with the system. Happy wife happy life.

USFedEx had handled the package poorly FedEx had handled the package poorly. However the packaging by express water was so good it didn’t matter. The filter was perfect. Everything was fine. I have installed the unit, however I have not started running water through it. More to follow if it removes the sediment.

USI just bought my third system from Express and love it! I have bought several RO systems from Express over the years. As we moved to a new house, we wanted to clean up the incoming water. So after looking around at other brands, and as I know the quality of Express to be superb, I bought their system. When it arrived, I was blown away by the weight and quality of the design and build. After hooking it up (which I did myself), it seems to be doing its job. I feel that I made an excellent choice and saved lots of money and I expect to change the filters as needed. I highly recommend their products!

USLove your product Love your product, Whole House System- Ultimate Protection. Does a great job. Recently bought 3 additional years of replacement filter cartridges (9 cartridges; ACB, KDF, PHO) which I think should have come with new o-rings, since replacing cartridges could easily be a source of leaks and frustration. Would like to suggest that for the future.
