Extremely Happy I exchanged the 4 gallon tank for a 3 gallon tank when ordering to fit under my sink. Once the whole system arrived the directions are easy to follow and took about 3 hours to install and that includes drilling a hole through my granite counter. Very impressed with the system. Happy wife happy life.

I received my order which should have… I received my order which should have been Sed, ACB and GAC filters however I received Sed,ACB and KDF filter set. When I called / Emailed about the issue it took a few several requests for pictures to get a solution. In the future if pictures of the outside and the inside are required it should be stated in the first request so there is less frustration on the customers part

Counter RO machine filter replacement I have the counter RO machine that signed it needed filter replacement. I had no problems finding the filter kit I needed. I placed the order and received it in a couple of days.Replacement was easy and quick.
