Great Osmosis Unit and Customer Service I bought a RCC7P-AK six stage reverse Osmos system about 30 days ago and installed it myself in the basement because I did not want to give up storing things under our kitchen sink. It is a great unit and the customer service from Shawn was the best. Moving my unit down to the basement required buying some inexpensive extra tubing but was easy to do. When I called customer support ... Shawn sent me some connectors that I needed at no cost. I appreciate the great customer service. Henry F.

Customer Service Customer Service? How about Customer ROCKSTAR?!?!?!?! Sean took my original contact, picked it up and scored huge for me. My iSpring filter had been my absolute favorite tool for my kitchen, and my fitness. Having spent quite a bit of time houseless, when I was able to get my filter up & running, time & travel revealed a cupla things to sharpen up. Sean listened to what I needed, made a quick decision, and sent a whole new rig, in 2 days!!!! It is amazing to me how a seemingly inconsequential tool, can mean so much, and make such an impact on one's confidence, and honestly, sense of home. Thanks SEAN, & iSWS!!!

poor information I found the lack of pertinent information on the website to be frustrating and ordered improper parts because of it. customer service was less than helpful on ways to correct my issue and find a solution. although, they were very helpful in setting up a return.

Matthew Bahr is ALWAYS available to… Matthew Bahr is ALWAYS available to assist with any and all questions and we have plenty. No back orders have been helpful as we are just getting started as a dealer and we are not able to keep large quantities on hand. Cartons arrives in good condition and timely. Recently became a dealer and the support has been great. Competing with Amazon can be a struggle, we try to enforce the added warranty given to dealers but price matters more to customers.
