GBGreat Osmosis Unit and Customer Service I bought a RCC7P-AK six stage reverse Osmos system about 30 days ago and installed it myself in the basement because I did not want to give up storing things under our kitchen sink. It is a great unit and the customer service from Shawn was the best. Moving my unit down to the basement required buying some inexpensive extra tubing but was easy to do. GBMatthew Bahr is ALWAYS available to… Matthew Bahr is ALWAYS available to assist with any and all questions and we have plenty. No back orders have been helpful as we are just getting started as a dealer and we are not able to keep large quantities on hand. Cartons arrives in good condition and timely. Recently became a dealer and the support has been great. Competing with Amazon can be a struggle, we try to enforce the added warranty given to dealers but price matters more to customers.

GBSean was the gentleman who helped me… Sean was the gentleman who helped me throughout the whole situation regarding if it was time to change the filters and how best to purchase them. Based on pictures I sent him of the filters, especially one with orange dots on it, my warranty and in general his kindness he is sending me a new set of the 3 without charge. He was so good about explaining the process of how the filters work and the general amount of time they last. I would definitely recomment your company to anyone. I am very happy with the healthiness of the water and ease of calling you.

GBHeavy Duty well made unit I ordered a WGB 21B 2 stage filtration system from I-Spring. The unit shipped quickly and was extremely well packaged to protect every component. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. The unit itself is very well constructed and well engineered. I expect it will do the job it is designed to do for a long time to come. Michelle in customer support was very helpful in guiding me to make the right purchase for my water issue and did not try to steer me to a higher priced system that I did not need. I would highly recommend I-Spring as a great company to do business with, not only providing quality products but having great people who are easily accessible (in the USA) and willing to help with any issues or guidance you may require.

GBGreat customer Service I called because my iSpring pressure tank had a small leak at the top. Sean took my call and asked me to send some pics. I did and he shipped out a new valve for the tank and just like that problem solved. Thanks Sean and 123Filters! Great customer service.
