USDishonest Business - Scammed my Money I purchased a Magnum inverter control board on 11/16/23. It was originally back ordered, but has been in stock for several weeks. I have called and emailed since November and there has been NO response. They originally charged my credit card $526 and are now ghosting me. Such a dishonest disappointment. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

USDon't Order from This Company!!! Great prices but... Will not answer calls for defected shipment. Shortage in order, no Custer support. Don't order from these people!!

USZero responsiveness. A $5000 order has been "processing" for… A $5000 order has been "processing" for about 3 weeks. No other details or ETA. No response to ticket that was created (other than an automated acknowledgement). No one responds to phone calls/messages left. Apparently no way to cancel order online.

USBuyer Beware! My product ordered & shipped in reasonable time. When received and found to be the incorrect part ordered, the company did not return my inquiry about returning it. With a 30 day return policy in place; the part was returned on time and I'm being told I can't get a refund even though the part wasn't touched other than to pack it up and ship it back. Very dishonest. Buyer beware!
