GBI need to return for a refund.The part… I need to return for a refund.The part I received was not the right one.How do I return the part? I have no return address or invoice.Please send this info. I still need the part for 2007 Freedom Spirit. It only has one water connection not 2 and no lock.

GBDisappointed - no longer (updated) Update: I was able to reach a representative and was given an update on my order so I think it was just their tracking system that did not update. My order is ready for me to pick up. Yes! I have yet to receive my order. I called two days ago and left a message with no return call.

GBBuyer Beware! My product ordered & shipped in reasonable time. When received and found to be the incorrect part ordered, the company did not return my inquiry about returning it. With a 30 day return policy in place; the part was returned on time and I'm being told I can't get a refund even though the part wasn't touched other than to pack it up and ship it back. Very dishonest. Buyer beware!
