They couldn't be bothered to look it up, wanted me to climb a ladder to get a serial number. I called a nice fellow at RV Part Shop USA and ordered exactly what I needed within two minutes, which in turn arrived at my door two days later. RV Part Shop is my new go-to resource and I'm telling all my RV friends the same. Two thumbs up!

GBDishonest Business - Scammed my Money I purchased a Magnum inverter control board on 11/16/23. It was originally back ordered, but has been in stock for several weeks. I have called and emailed since November and there has been NO response. They originally charged my credit card $526 and are now ghosting me. Such a dishonest disappointment. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

GBAwning motor cap Honest and up front about not knowing when the part would come in. Ended up arriving much sooner than we thought. The awning cap is a common and simple piece, yet many charge way more than RV part shop. Shipping was way more than it should have been (only reason for 4 stars). Still, it was the best deal and quick delivery of an ordered part.

GBI was looking for a bath faucet with diverter and shower head ... I was looking for a bath faucet for the travel trailer. It was my first experience with RV Part Shop & customer service advised how I could access the catalog online & even directed me right where I needed to look. From there, it was quite easy to find what I needed and place the order. The parts arrived at our home quicker than expected - they're already installed and we're ready to go camping!
