Thankful I am thankful that RV Part Shop was able to get my dryer element in so quickly. I received it within a week, other companies couldn’t deliver for 6 months due to it being a back order item from the manufacturer.

This company has exceeded all expectations- 5* service This company has exceeded all expectations. I had ordered an imperative part for our trailer pod on Thursday Oct. 21. Again with no expectation of it arriving by Monday the 25th, which was when we needed to arrive. Especially since you can not even guarantee a letter these days to arrive in two days. By the way they gave me no guarantee! But they did research all the their warehouses to find the closet one that had this part( which was like chasing a unicorn- Amazon had it out of stock till November). That said this 85lbs trailer plate hitch not only arrived on Monday but it arrived by 12:30! If you want genuine knowledgeable people to help you with your RV parts - I would highly recommend RV part shop! Additionally no shipping charge was added. Rear Hubcap I had great difficulty locating the hubcaps for my RV, as I had lost one rear hubcap. Even though my RV is built on a Ford frame, the Ford dealership near me gave me no help. The records I have from the previous owner finally gave me a clue. I installed my hubcaps easily and they look great!! They were delivered promptly, also.

Buyer Beware! My product ordered & shipped in reasonable time. When received and found to be the incorrect part ordered, the company did not return my inquiry about returning it. With a 30 day return policy in place; the part was returned on time and I'm being told I can't get a refund even though the part wasn't touched other than to pack it up and ship it back. Very dishonest. Buyer beware!
