Disappointed - no longer (updated) Update: I was able to reach a representative and was given an update on my order so I think it was just their tracking system that did not update. My order is ready for me to pick up. Yes! I have yet to receive my order. I called two days ago and left a message with no return call.

Dishonest Business - Scammed my Money I purchased a Magnum inverter control board on 11/16/23. It was originally back ordered, but has been in stock for several weeks. I have called and emailed since November and there has been NO response. They originally charged my credit card $526 and are now ghosting me. Such a dishonest disappointment. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Thankful I am thankful that RV Part Shop was able to get my dryer element in so quickly. I received it within a week, other companies couldn’t deliver for 6 months due to it being a back order item from the manufacturer.
