Again with no expectation of it arriving by Monday the 25th, which was when we needed to arrive. Especially since you can not even guarantee a letter these days to arrive in two days. By the way they gave me no guarantee! But they did research all the their warehouses to find the closet one that had this part( which was like chasing a unicorn- Amazon had it out of stock till November). That said this 85lbs trailer plate hitch not only arrived on Monday but it arrived by 12:30! If you want genuine knowledgeable people to help you with your RV parts - I would highly recommend RV part shop! Additionally no shipping charge was added. Got exactly what I needed - Great Service! I called Carefree of Colorado to source a part and had the worst customer service experience of my life. They couldn't be bothered to look it up, wanted me to climb a ladder to get a serial number. I called a nice fellow at RV Part Shop USA and ordered exactly what I needed within two minutes, which in turn arrived at my door two days later. RV Part Shop is my new go-to resource and I'm telling all my RV friends the same. Two thumbs up!

Awning motor cap Honest and up front about not knowing when the part would come in. Ended up arriving much sooner than we thought. The awning cap is a common and simple piece, yet many charge way more than RV part shop. Shipping was way more than it should have been (only reason for 4 stars). Still, it was the best deal and quick delivery of an ordered part.

Thankful I am thankful that RV Part Shop was able to get my dryer element in so quickly. I received it within a week, other companies couldn’t deliver for 6 months due to it being a back order item from the manufacturer.
