GBEverything went good Everything went good, some of the powdercoating on the edges of the trailer hitch was chipped off from being shipped, the edges should have been protected with tape or padding and some shrink wrap. I had to touch the chipped off areas with some primer and paint

GBI was looking for a bath faucet with diverter and shower head ... I was looking for a bath faucet for the travel trailer. It was my first experience with RV Part Shop & customer service advised how I could access the catalog online & even directed me right where I needed to look. From there, it was quite easy to find what I needed and place the order. The parts arrived at our home quicker than expected - they're already installed and we're ready to go camping!

GBZero responsiveness. A $5000 order has been "processing" for… A $5000 order has been "processing" for about 3 weeks. No other details or ETA. No response to ticket that was created (other than an automated acknowledgement). No one responds to phone calls/messages left. Apparently no way to cancel order online.

GBThankful I am thankful that RV Part Shop was able to get my dryer element in so quickly. I received it within a week, other companies couldn’t deliver for 6 months due to it being a back order item from the manufacturer.

GBRear Hubcap I had great difficulty locating the hubcaps for my RV, as I had lost one rear hubcap. Even though my RV is built on a Ford frame, the Ford dealership near me gave me no help. The records I have from the previous owner finally gave me a clue. I installed my hubcaps easily and they look great!! They were delivered promptly, also.
