GBQuality service, much cheaper than home serve I had the nightmare of a leaking boiler on a Friday night. Saturday morning I rang 2nd City and an engineer came out promptly and replaced the filling loop. No mess, no fuss, courteous and efficient service. They respect social distancing guidelines if you’re worried about Coronavirus. The quote for the job was almost three times cheaper than home serve.

GBAggressive & threatening Water still pouring through. They refuse they did ‘repair’ despite invoice from the other week. However that’s not main problem. THEY ARE VIOLENTLY AGGRESSIVE and use COVID THREAT for intimidation when Covid is serious. Workman extremely aggressive. He deliberately removed his mask and yelled aggressively in my face, putting myself & my family at risk of covid.

GBExcellent job Fabulous job done by 2nd city. Excellent workmanship by Dan and Adam who fitted my central heating system. Tidy workers who never even stopped for a cuppa, very highly recommend.

GBFull central heating and new boiler system Adam, Callum and Ben were great at installing a new full central heating system, Gas works and new boiler. Completed a day ahead of schedule due to their proficiency. Couldn’t ask for a better team and company. Would definitely recommend!

GBLooking forward to using them again! The engineer was friendly + hardworking with good office support. A part not easily available was ordered and delivery date established at 5pm on first visit.
