The problem with the hot water system turned out to be difficult to find but Rob persevered and succeeded brilliantly. We were very pleased with how 2nd City performed and can recommend them. We shall be happy to use them again if the need arises.

Saturday morning I rang 2nd City and an engineer came out promptly and replaced the filling loop. No mess, no fuss, courteous and efficient service. The only company I use for plumbing and heating work! I’ve used the 2nd City team for over 15 years. I own a number of rental properties and they manage all the plumbing and heating issues that arise, have done boiler replacements and also a drainage issue I had in my own property.
