GBMy poor elderly Mom Mom, 87 years old, disabled, requiring 24 hour care. Needed her downstairs toilet, which had come loose at the base to be fixed. Mom can only use ground floor facilities. James the supervisor ! decided that a complete new toilet system was required. He advised that traditional style toilets were no longer available and were only made in white, as Mom has a champagne suite. A picture was sent, by James of the toilet from a showroom which is identical to the Selco catalogue approximate cost £120 inc. James charged Mom £882.30 for extremely amateurish work. The toilet is unusable by Mom, damage to paint work, plasterboard etc. Avoid them at all costs.

GBAnnual boiler service We have had our annual boiler service by 2nd City this morning. James (the supervisor) carried out this work in an efficient and professional manner. We have had James, to carry out this work, a number of times before and have always been pleased with the thoroughness of his service. He is also friendly and polite, and does not make any mess. We would recommend him and would always welcome him to carry out our annual service.

GBBooked these guys after a friend’s reccomendation Booked these guys after a friend’s recommendation as I was in trouble with a backed up waste pipe. The lads arrived when they said they would and got on with unblocking my mains drain after quickly identifying the problem location. Can’t speak highly enough about the efficiency of the boys and the well mannered attitude and professionalism of the staff from first contact to work completion. 👏🏾👏🏾

GBLooking forward to using them again! The engineer was friendly + hardworking with good office support. A part not easily available was ordered and delivery date established at 5pm on first visit. Came very early to finish job. Great value for quality of service! Planning to using them again soon and have already recommended them

GBAggressive & threatening Water still pouring through. They refuse they did ‘repair’ despite invoice from the other week. However that’s not main problem. THEY ARE VIOLENTLY AGGRESSIVE and use COVID THREAT for intimidation when Covid is serious. Workman extremely aggressive. He deliberately removed his mask and yelled aggressively in my face, putting myself & my family at risk of covid.
