GBSure wish I could give negative stars!!! Sure wish I could give mygreenoutdoors.com negative stars. Ordering was super easy, but communication sucks!!! They take your money and then NOTHING!! I received 2 out of 3 items, but paid for all 3 items. Kevin, who I’ve been told is the owner, has lied to me 2 times via chat saying my last item was shipping in a couple of days. Originally placed my order on March 25th. The outstanding items was supposed to ship in 21 days. I spent 2-1/2 hours trying to reach queue 1 for an update today on the chat function. RIDICULOUS!! Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone when calling the number listed on the website.

GBPoor Service Deserves Honest Poor Reviews I have the same problem as the other people that wrote poor reviews. I had and still have an ongoing problem with wrong product, lack of communication on their part, not doing what they said they would do, not caring about refunding my money when they said they would, extremely slow service, and seemingly just not giving a damn. I am now going through PayPal investigation to get a refund. I have nothing against this business but this review fits the service they have given.

GBKevin has been great Kevin has been great. Order was slow to ship due to being on back order but it did ship. Once received i had technical issue and he helped me work through them. I have purchased several items and will continue

GBI put an order in on Paypal I put an order in on Paypal, but changed my mind. Call them within 10 minutes, talked with Kevin and he refunded the purchase. Sounded like a straight up guy, he was aware of backorder issues. I'd try them if I changed my mind on my item.

GBProducts received Felt there was a lack of communication to some extent. Everything worked out in the end. Understand everything is still running a little slow with shipping etc.
