Fantastic Fantastic, order was placed 3/4/24-stated free shipping 3-7 business days. I arrived home from work 3/5/24, my new Minn kota was waiting for me! I also messaged with questions before ordering, Kevin responded immediately. Will definitely order from them again. Would recommend as my experience with them was great.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Ordered a Ulterra and was told to change the order so it will ship faster. Made the change paid the additional money they said it shipped but never arrived. They talked me into paying even more for a different motor and It’s been a month of no return emails messages etc. Tried to cancel but now they don’t respond. Doing a charge back through PayPal. What a PITA. Avoid these fools at all cost.

Communication bust I ordered a Minn Kota Terrova from here 2 months over 2 months ago. For the first 2 calls they were quick to answer the phone and respond to questions. They have not answered the phone or responded in the last 5 days which is unacceptable. The reason this is a problem is I had another trollling motor I wanted to buy and wanted to cancel my order before buying this one. Still have not heard from them and I am sure the other is gone. I know they are hard to get right now and that is not their fault but I will never order from them again because of this issue.

Sure wish I could give negative stars!!! Sure wish I could give mygreenoutdoors.com negative stars. Ordering was super easy, but communication sucks!!! They take your money and then NOTHING!! I received 2 out of 3 items, but paid for all 3 items. Kevin, who I’ve been told is the owner, has lied to me 2 times via chat saying my last item was shipping in a couple of days. Originally placed my order on March 25th. The outstanding items was supposed to ship in 21 days. I spent 2-1/2 hours trying to reach queue 1 for an update today on the chat function. RIDICULOUS!! Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone when calling the number listed on the website.

Kevin has been great Kevin has been great. Order was slow to ship due to being on back order but it did ship. Once received i had technical issue and he helped me work through them. I have purchased several items and will continue
