GBThere seems to be a pattern here There seems to be a pattern here . Ordered item on line said in stock got email confirming order. Checked order 2 days later it said waiting for fulfillment. Checked item and still said in stock. This is where it gets no good could not get any communication Not answering phone or chat on their site . Don’t know how you can charge someone for items with no ship date . Dealing with credit card to back out charge. Won’t recommend them to do business with or do business with. When I cannot get communication for 5 days after I have been charged I have no choice but to write this. This seller is still lying do not use

GB100% honest, trustworthy and extra-cooperative I spent almost $3000 with this company within minutes of seeing that it had the product I wanted. After the purchase was completed I did an internet search on "Mygreenoutdoors" and was NOT at all impressed. Someone had even gone as far as calling it a SCAM. When my product was not shipped, as promised, on the day of purchase and numerous phone calls went unanswered I was afraid I was being scammed; I reacted accordingly. I promptly set about cancelling my order by sending numerous emails. A weekend in between did not alleviate my concerns. I used Paypal. After phone contact was made Kevin, the owner, assured me that his business was real, that the product was shipping out that day and IF I was still unhappy after my purchase was delivered I could still return it for a full refund. Well the product arrived by UPS two days later and all turned out perfectly. Later I realized that I had paid with the wrong credit card, I asked Kevin if he would work with me to switch payments through Paypal. Now he could have told me to get lost as it was of no benefit to him to do so but he agreed to do so. I payed him twice with the understanding that he would refund the initial payment. He got that sorted today! Thank you, Kevin. My busness experience with Kevin was not smooth (my fault) but with some extra effort he helped make it happen. Neither Mygreenoutdoors nor Kevin are scammers by my experience and I would, without any hesitation, do business with Kevin again should the opportunity arise. I found him to be 100% honest, trustworthy and extra-cooperative!

GBSure wish I could give negative stars!!! Sure wish I could give mygreenoutdoors.com negative stars. Ordering was super easy, but communication sucks!!! They take your money and then NOTHING!! I received 2 out of 3 items, but paid for all 3 items. Kevin, who I’ve been told is the owner, has lied to me 2 times via chat saying my last item was shipping in a couple of days. Originally placed my order on March 25th. The outstanding items was supposed to ship in 21 days. I spent 2-1/2 hours trying to reach queue 1 for an update today on the chat function. RIDICULOUS!! Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone when calling the number listed on the website.

GBDon't buy here Don't buy here, not trustworthy, very poor customer service. I canceled a product I had on backorder somewhere else and was not available from any other vendor. Their site showed they had 7 in stock. As soon as I made my order and they had charged my card I got an e-mail saying they were back-ordered. I called customer support numerous times, all but the last time going to voicemail. The last time I was put on eternal hold and finally got some jackwagon that has no clue what customer service means. As a side note other more trustworthy sites will not charge your card until they actually ship the product.
