Great service I recently ordered two filters and when they arrived they were damaged. I contacted the company with pictures of the damage and they told me they would send replacements and three days later I got two replacements in perfect condition. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Service over and beyond. Bill

Not even close to size. The filters were supposed to be Merv 13 20x25x4. The actual size is 19-7/16 x 24-7/16 x 3-11/16. Needless to say they did not fit my filterbox and air can freely flow around the filter. Compared them to the Honeywell filter that came with my furnace and that one was sized as labeled. Who knows what the actual Merv rating is on that filter if they "cheat" on the size. Edit: After contacting Filterbuy, they have offered a full refund.

Low price filters here are better than… Low price filters here are better than comparable filters from big box stores. Before filterbuy, my filters were bowing inward. The cardboard frame is very sturdy keeping my filters straight after a month. Which leads me to the subscription, it's a good and easy reminder to change. I'm an HVAC technician, I'm happy with this service and I recommend them all the time.

Great Customer Service I ordered 12x12 filters and when I received them, they had shipped 10x10 by mistake. I called and they to care of the mistake quickly. I received the correct filter the next day. Great customer service. Thank you for the quick response. Highly recommend Filter buy.

Good Customer Service I love that I can get these filters when places I go to run out but they didn't package or box these for protection. They just tightly shrunk wrapped them in plastic w/ a label and that's it. UPS delivered mine today and one of the outside ones was crushed, which I suppose was their fault, not the company. These filters are delicate so to be shipped, unpackaged w/ a tight shrink wrap on a UPS truck with heavy boxes can be problematic. I'm so disappointed however, the company did reach out to make things right and I respect that. I initially put a one star review but that's not fair. I give them 5 now because their customer service is on top of it not to mention they monitor their reviews. I'll order again from them. Second chances are always a good thing.
