Smaller Than Standard 20x20x4 Filter Size The positive: good price and fast shipping. The negative: Their 20x20x4 Filters are much smaller than 20x20x4 filters made by the name brands. As a result, they don't fit properly in my air handler. Rather than pay to send them back, I am going to glue a cardboard frame to them to make them fit properly. In addition, the manufacturing quality of the filters are suspect. Name brands have spacers that keep the pleats evenly spaced. These Filterbuy filter pleats are not evenly spaced and the pleats are bunched up near the edges. They are also glued into place and cannot be adjusted. Save yourself the hassle and get name brand filters or be sure to verify that the ACTUAL size of the filter will fit your application.

Good experience all around 1 - Ordering and fulfillment - excellent. Product went out same day and was delivered next day (I'm just one state away). 2 - Customer service - excellent. Fedex mis-delivered to some place I still don't know where - nothing recognizable in Fedex's photo. Constance researched while I was on the phone, shipped out again within an hour or two, and replacement shipment arrived next day. (This Fedex driver must have had a GPS.) 3 - Size of product. I read the complaints before I ordered. The complaints don't seem valid. First, the actual size is plainly stated. Second, before I ordered I measured one of the 12x12x1 filters I already had (different brand) and IT TOO was 11.75x11.75x0.75, so this seems to be a standard. Maybe not the universal standard, but filters fit the duct opening just fine.

The customer service was great The customer service was great. I needed a filter that was no longer listed by size. Other attempts to locate the filer met with negative results. Upon contacting filterbuy, their customer service took the time to assist me in getting the filter I needed.

Good Customer Service I love that I can get these filters when places I go to run out but they didn't package or box these for protection. They just tightly shrunk wrapped them in plastic w/ a label and that's it. UPS delivered mine today and one of the outside ones was crushed, which I suppose was their fault, not the company. These filters are delicate so to be shipped, unpackaged w/ a tight shrink wrap on a UPS truck with heavy boxes can be problematic. I'm so disappointed however, the company did reach out to make things right and I respect that. I initially put a one star review but that's not fair. I give them 5 now because their customer service is on top of it not to mention they monitor their reviews. I'll order again from them. Second chances are always a good thing.

Avoid at all costs They sell filters that say they are a certain size (20x20x4) for example but they send filters that are 19.25x19.25x3.25. When I complained, they said to read the fine print on their website.
