AUPurchased a VTOMAN 1500X Purchased a VTOMAN 1500X. The first one had a fault of much less capacity - plotted charts and provided data to show only ~34% of it's indicated capacity. It was replaced by VTOMAN. The replacement however, has some serious issues when placed under a medium amount of load. Videoed the issue and VTOMAN acknowledged the issue. However, when i requested a refund after having two faulty units, they have stopped responding or acknowledging me. I just want to return the faulty item and get a refund and move on. Edit: The e-mail address provided by the responder below bounces. I have tried "contact" email address multiple times without ever getting a reply.

GBAfter research l decided upon this unit… After research l decided upon this unit based upon Total Combined Amphrs, Recharge Time utilizing Solor vs. Wall plug. I've been using it now for two years, Full Time 24/7/365. Its been great. I run my Frig/Freezer (24/7) TV, computer, lights, waterpump, shower pump. It's great on a cold day or night it runs my 400watt heater without any issues.

GBNo response to warranty The unit was having issues after a couple months. I tried to get it fixed under the warranty but got no response. This is a while back.

GBAuto shut off feature is garbage when… Auto shut off feature is garbage when you want to run a 12v fridge. Unacceptable to have to be paranoid about it shutting my fridge off whenever it feels like it. Return and refund are a hassle, I won't buy more Vtoman. Glad I didn't buy the extender battery too only to be crapped on by the auto off feature.
