SAhorrendous experience Hello, I want to express my extreme disappointment and anger regarding my experience with your store. It has been utterly atrocious, characterized by appalling service and unprofessional behavior. I placed an order on your website a last month , and it still hasn't been delivered, with no explanation or notification of delay provided. I am left baffled as to whether this is incompetence on your part or just sheer negligence. Attempts to contact customer service have been futile, with no response or useful information regarding the status of my order. This gross neglect and disregard for your customers clearly show that you do not care about customer satisfaction or your reputation. Frankly, there is no reason for me to ever deal with your store again after this horrendous experience. I will share my experience with everyone I know and strongly urge them to avoid doing business with you. I hope you realize the damage you've caused to your reputation and work on improving your service if you hope to stay in this industry.

GBAuto shut off feature is garbage when… Auto shut off feature is garbage when you want to run a 12v fridge. Unacceptable to have to be paranoid about it shutting my fridge off whenever it feels like it. Return and refund are a hassle, I won't buy more Vtoman. Glad I didn't buy the extender battery too only to be crapped on by the auto off feature.

AUPurchased a VTOMAN 1500X Purchased a VTOMAN 1500X. The first one had a fault of much less capacity - plotted charts and provided data to show only ~34% of it's indicated capacity. It was replaced by VTOMAN. The replacement however, has some serious issues when placed under a medium amount of load. Videoed the issue and VTOMAN acknowledged the issue. However, when i requested a refund after having two faulty units, they have stopped responding or acknowledging me. I just want to return the faulty item and get a refund and move on. Edit: The e-mail address provided by the responder below bounces. I have tried "contact" email address multiple times without ever getting a reply.

GBRemoved all my saved member points for… Removed all my saved member points for no reason, had just made a purchase, and was close to the tier for a discount. Also spent all that money on generators that won’t power the item I purchased it for (jump 1800 plus extra battery to power portable AC for camping with special needs). Disappointed and wasted my money

GBPretty good product… Well so far I can't find anything wrong everything that y'all have done with this solar generator has been great with one exception and that is I don't know about the solar generator for I have not tried it yet or at least the solar panels to see how long it takes to charge so that will be in my next report otherwise everything has been top notch and I don't just say this lightly because I usually don't give feedback about anything. Y'all keep up the good work. I would also like to say that I cannot remember exactly what date that I got this so the date below may not be the exact time that I received it. I would also like to add that you cannot get an extension cord other than what comes with the product. I have tried to get extra extension cord and they said it can't be done which doesn't make any sense because one that I was going to get had a 30 ft cord to go with it so go figure. Besides that everything has been fantastic I would just like to be able to extend my solar panel farther from the generator itself.
