I was sent a shipping email within in an hour replacing the product of concern. Even though I had a defective product, which wasn’t their fault- I will continue to shop Beyond Polish for their professionalism in handling my concerns.

Counterfeit Products I ordered two bottles of OPI Bare My Soul. The polish was watery and had practically no color after 3 coats with a white base coat. I have used two bottles of the same shade purchased from Ulta.I know what this color looks like. Contacted OPI . Beyond Polish is NOT AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER. No I am not a competitor. I purchased from their site because I couldn't find this shade anywhere else. If Beyond Polish is getting product from an authorized distributor I think Opi would know. Also, this is not a discontinued color. Buyer beware.
