GB1st time ordering from Beyond Polish Just wanted to say this was my 1st order with your company and I was soooo impressed with my delivery! Lately everything has arrived banged up, late, or so delayed that I forgot what I ordered! My order from Beyond Polish arrived intact, the bottles carefully individually wrapped in bubble wrap, with the manufacturers box on the side packed separately. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and care with my order! And my products are great!

GBFirst order from Beyond Polish as due… First order from Beyond Polish as due to covid I am going to do my own nails as well as my daughter. We have been having our nails done every two weeks for 8 years. This company has an excellent website and amazing service. Received my order in less than a week across the country! GBNO CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an order, immediately realized I made a mistake. Reached out 2x by email, tried live chat ( it may take a few hours?) phone constant busy signal. It is now 24 hours after my first email. still no answers to cancelling my order. Poor customer service or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

GBCounterfeit Products I ordered two bottles of OPI Bare My Soul. The polish was watery and had practically no color after 3 coats with a white base coat. I have used two bottles of the same shade purchased from Ulta.I know what this color looks like. Contacted OPI . Beyond Polish is NOT AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER. No I am not a competitor. I purchased from their site because I couldn't find this shade anywhere else. If Beyond Polish is getting product from an authorized distributor I think Opi would know. Also, this is not a discontinued color. Buyer beware.

GBGreat customer service and good… Great customer service and good product. There is a little issue for the package and the owner fixed it quickly though I haven’t receive the missing item yet, hopefully not wait too long. Super fast customer service response and easy to communicate with. Would buy again.
