I can’t say enough about this company! I can’t say enough about this company! They were not only sincere in their apologies for another company’s product but also fast in responding to my concerns. I was sent a shipping email within in an hour replacing the product of concern. Even though I had a defective product, which wasn’t their fault- I will continue to shop Beyond Polish for their professionalism in handling my concerns.

Love shopping at beyond polish… I found out about beyond polish from some YouTubers that I follow. As opposed to other major retailers, Beyond Polish makes the customer feel valued. They're very responsive, respectful and trustworthy. I also appreciate how beautifully they wrap their polishes when they're sent out. They attend to details that get lost or neglected by others. They also have a wonderful selection of products and great prices. Overall super positive experience. I will be buying from them again for sure.

There is a little issue for the package and the owner fixed it quickly though I haven’t receive the missing item yet, hopefully not wait too long. You’ll be glad you went here! I’ve shopped Beyond Polish for over two years, with excellent experiences and outcomes each time. Their products are fresh, their shipping is fast, and their products range from what’s newest and hottest, to what’s rarest, and hardest to find! Not to mention, very reasonable prices, and sales!! When it comes to nail polish, I rarely get it from anywhere else, and I don’t see that changing!

I ordered shellac base and top coat… I ordered shellac base and top coat from beyond polish. It takes 15 days to arrive as the tracking record says your package will arrive in 8 days. After an email and a lot of phone calls, the guy from beyond polish said he or the shipping agent didn’t know where the package is and hopping will arrive within 48 hours if not we will ship you again. What makes me disappointed was I ordered the item because it was urgent but, beyond polish didn’t understand or doesn’t care about my time. It was my first time ordering and will never go back to them again!!!
