I ordered shellac base and top coat… I ordered shellac base and top coat from beyond polish. It takes 15 days to arrive as the tracking record says your package will arrive in 8 days. After an email and a lot of phone calls, the guy from beyond polish said he or the shipping agent didn’t know where the package is and hopping will arrive within 48 hours if not we will ship you again. What makes me disappointed was I ordered the item because it was urgent but, beyond polish didn’t understand or doesn’t care about my time. It was my first time ordering and will never go back to them again!!!

Great Polish I ordered by first order from Beyond Polish on April 19th and received it on the 28th. While shipping took a little longer, I would expect that during the Covid pandemic. I ordered the CND starter kit and am so happy with it! The polishes were nicely packaged ensuring no damage to them during shipping and were exactly what I expected. I love the colors. Beyond Polish also kept me updated during shipping. I am planning on ordering more soon!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an order, immediately realized I made a mistake. Reached out 2x by email, tried live chat ( it may take a few hours?) phone constant busy signal. It is now 24 hours after my first email. still no answers to cancelling my order. Poor customer service or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

1st time ordering from Beyond Polish Just wanted to say this was my 1st order with your company and I was soooo impressed with my delivery! Lately everything has arrived banged up, late, or so delayed that I forgot what I ordered! My order from Beyond Polish arrived intact, the bottles carefully individually wrapped in bubble wrap, with the manufacturers box on the side packed separately. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and care with my order! And my products are great!
