They only allow picking one type of diet… They only allow picing one type of diet to give recommendations. I follow a Keto and FODMAP diet as the best way to manage my IBS-D. These snake oil sales people recommend an array of high FODMAP foods and a probiotic that will help with my completely nonexistent constipation. If I used the probiotic and ate what was recommended I'd never get off the toilet. Complete waste of money.

Underwhelming Honestly, a really underwhelming experience! The logistics were good. But the results are really not explained well and are at times contradictory! Especially the results in the Basic version and Premium version just don't add up. Also the suggestion of probiotics doesn't make any sense. It didn't contain any of the bacteria I'm deficient in, but instead those were I'm anyways in a healthy range. I would expect a customized mix based on my results, but you just suggest one of the 5 pre mixes you have. Really disappointed in this service!

All I can say is it worked for me!!! I received their kit in short order and was happy to find a 40% discount code so the test cost me $60. I mailed it off and got the results in about 2 weeks so no problem there. I purchased a 90 day supply of their recommended probiotic and have been taking it for 6 weeks. I was in the midst of a Colitis episode when I started the probiotic. Within 3 or 4 days I started having quite regular BM's and after 2 weeks I was enjoying the best BM's since almost ever. Perhaps a coincidence but I did not change one iota of anything else in my lifestyle. I had no interaction with customer service and not one issue with shipping, receiving, or delivery of test and product. It seems like a game changer for me and you can call me "satisfied"!
