Elvin was professional Elvin was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, and provided stellar customer service. He helped me with ordering the keypad and post for the keypad, after I had previously ordered the operator from you. There was a delay in the post being ready and Elvin said he would notify me when it was. He most certainly kept his word and let me know as soon as it was available so I could order it. Both Elvin (sp) and Judy made the… Both Elvin (sp) and Judy made the second effort to get our order out as soon as possible. I received a call back from Elvin when he was out of the office. He initiated the order, however, "technology" required him to hand off the order to Judy. She gave me a call back within minutes and finished up on the order. All of this was done at around 5 my time, which is West Coast, and I expect close to 8 Gate Crafters time. That's what I would refer to as great customer service! I would hire both of these employees away from you .......... if I weren't retired.
