Gate Crafters sent me the wrong size… Gate Crafters sent me the wrong size gate, width did not account for the hinges. The gate lock was also supposed to be a bolt on style but the one sent was weld on. When I contacted them, the salesperson agreed that they made a mistake with my order but offered no resolution. I hired a local welder who charged $600 to fix the gate and $225 to mount the lock. The salesperson and owner implied I was lying about the cost and denied to reimburse. Will be following up with American Express to dispute the charge, BBB to report the seller, Google My Business and more.
