GBDon't rely on Joe If you get Joe as your personal order assistant, just know that he is useless and his assistant Cameron, is the nice and helpful one that will get your order finished and sent out. Don't bother emailing Joe for an update because you won't get a reply. If you haven't received an email with Tracking info, call every few days until you do.

GBBoth Elvin (sp) and Judy made the… Both Elvin (sp) and Judy made the second effort to get our order out as soon as possible. I received a call back from Elvin when he was out of the office. He initiated the order, however, "technology" required him to hand off the order to Judy. She gave me a call back within minutes and finished up on the order. All of this was done at around 5 my time, which is West Coast, and I expect close to 8 Gate Crafters time. That's what I would refer to as great customer service! I would hire both of these employees away from you .......... if I weren't retired.

GBControl board for older gate operator. I needed a control board for an older liftmaster gate operator and Candace went above and beyond to be sure I was getting the correct part. I haven't received it yet but if it is not correct it is by no fault of hers as she even went as far as texting pictures to me. If I need additional parts I will certainly reach out to this company and for Candace in particular. Thank you!!
