GBBoth Elvin (sp) and Judy made the… Both Elvin (sp) and Judy made the second effort to get our order out as soon as possible. I received a call back from Elvin when he was out of the office. He initiated the order, however, "technology" required him to hand off the order to Judy. She gave me a call back within minutes and finished up on the order. All of this was done at around 5 my time, which is West Coast, and I expect close to 8 Gate Crafters time. That's what I would refer to as great customer service! I would hire both of these employees away from you .......... if I weren't retired.

GBJudy was so helpful and kind Judy was so helpful and kind. Did not get frustrated because I wasn't sure what I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I ordered the correct string and listened as I rambled on. She even offered suggestions on books your company sells that I might be interested in.

GBGate Crafters sent me the wrong size… Gate Crafters sent me the wrong size gate, width did not account for the hinges. The gate lock was also supposed to be a bolt on style but the one sent was weld on. When I contacted them, the salesperson agreed that they made a mistake with my order but offered no resolution. I hired a local welder who charged $600 to fix the gate and $225 to mount the lock. The salesperson and owner implied I was lying about the cost and denied to reimburse. Will be following up with American Express to dispute the charge, BBB to report the seller, Google My Business and more.
