Don't rely on Joe If you get Joe as your personal order assistant, just know that he is useless and his assistant Cameron, is the nice and helpful one that will get your order finished and sent out. Don't bother emailing Joe for an update because you won't get a reply. If you haven't received an email with Tracking info, call every few days until you do.
