Excellent quality Looked at many, many vests online. I was skeptical and wanted a great quality vest that would last a long time, so I read a lot of reviews. I found this one which was a reasonable price. Excellent material (leather), excellent craftsmanship. Very pleased with my choice.

Ordered wrong size Ordered wrong size. The attempt to exchange was less than desired. To exchange at my expense wasn't what I considered reasonable. I had faith when purchasing and paying in advance and waiting for shipment, yet I couldn't get the same courtesy by having a replacement sent with an opportunity to send the smaller size jacket back by return by repackaging provided when new jacket was received. It's a trust in your customer for me. Maybe I'm wrong, but I chose to just try and sell the jacket and consider it a bad decision buying from you in the first place. You should trust your paying in advance customers better than you do.

Great customer service I've updated my review to 5 stars... my original order was never received, however Daniel Smart Manufacturing's customer service is fantastic! They resent my order, were very attentive with communicating how they were fixing the issue, and followed through to make sure I received the resent item! I would absolutely order from them again and am appreciative for the great customer service while resolving the shipping issue!

The merchandise was exactly as described … The merchandise, a vest DS182-L, was exactly as described and of excellent quality. Unfortunately it did not fit at my waist and I did not want to go to the next size as the vest would have been too long. The return process for the vest was simple and straightforward. I received credit in a timely manner.
