I have a new shopping home. I bought a leather motorcycle vest from DSM and the experience was everything you'd want it to be: easy! When the vest got here it was exactly as described on the website and the size chart was spot on. Then I realized that I should have a set of vest extenders. I didn't search the internet, I just went straight back to DSM and today they were delivered. I found a new shopping home.

Excellent product and customer service First, the products are amazing. The leather is supple and the stitching is tight. Second, the customer service is superb. They answered my email questions within one day and they shipped also within one day. I would recommend this brand and company to any motorcyclist who wants quality riding gear.

Denim motorcycle vests The website was easy to navigate and the products were properly identified. We received our vests promptly, they looked just like the pictures, are good quality and the fitment was sized correctly.

Ordered wrong size Ordered wrong size. The attempt to exchange was less than desired. To exchange at my expense wasn't what I considered reasonable. I had faith when purchasing and paying in advance and waiting for shipment, yet I couldn't get the same courtesy by having a replacement sent with an opportunity to send the smaller size jacket back by return by repackaging provided when new jacket was received. It's a trust in your customer for me. Maybe I'm wrong, but I chose to just try and sell the jacket and consider it a bad decision buying from you in the first place. You should trust your paying in advance customers better than you do.
