Research, research, research. After two months of research, I had specs for every brand ebike in an Excel spreadsheet. My first precondition was mid-drive; I did not want a rear hub motor. My criteria were power, performance, build quality, dealer network, post-sale service, warranty, and finally, weight. Gazelle provided the best value overall and that's what I went with. Tailwind in my pocket When I ride my Gazelle, I find myself calling to mind childhood memories and songs I haven't thought of in decades. I think they're being unlocked by experiencing the rush of popping into Turbo mode and devouring a headwind that might once have left me gassed.
