I recently bought a Gazelle Medeo T10+… I recently bought a Gazelle Medeo T10+ HMB. Let me tell you, I LOVE THIS BIKE!!!!!! I bought it to replace my motorcycle and I don’t regret it one bit. The quality is top notch. It’s a pleasure to ride. Worth every penny. I debated and researched for months. So damn happy with my decision.

The favorite bike in my quiver. I’ve purchased 2 Gazelle e-bikes. The first was for my wife - an Ultimate C380 HMB. Unfortunately, because of multiple spine & joint problems she is uncomfortable riding any bike. However, I liked it so much I sold it (too small for me) and bought an Ultimate C380+. I live and ride on gravel roads so I added a suspension seatpost and a different saddle. I love this bike, it’s becoming my favorite ride (I have several nice bikes). They are not inexpensive but they are very high quality. The frame is beautiful with a scratch resistant finish. The tires are durable, puncture resistant Schwalbes. The Gates belt drive is a worry and grease free delight. Other than air in the tires and rare disc brake adjustment there is virtually no maintenance. This is not a racing bike but it’s a utilitarian, super comfortable and just plain fun bike to ride.

The Medeo's are incredible... The Medeo's are incredibly beautiful, functional and graceful riding machines - making transit, exploration and adventure a surely confident and joyous time. I love riding my T-10 (named Duchess) and my T-9 (named DoubleDutch) on the magnificent San Francisco hills and valleys. From the bottom of California Street to the top of Nob Hill, I rode a 25% (400 feet) grade, in 2nd gear/Turbo in 15 minutes! - and "reached halfway to the stars"!!! If only we could get to 50% E-bikes, 30% public transit, 20% private autos, and reach our vision zero goal. Can Gazelle help us get there?? I'm in...

Where do I begin? I bought a Gazelle Medeo and paid over $3,000. Quality of build is low. Here is what has broken in the first 6 months of ownership: the plastic bell (not loud enough to begin with) fell off, chainguard cracked, front mudflap fell off, rear mudflap fell off, rear tire inner tube blew out stranding me 5 miles out, headlight snapped off while putting into bike rack (thin plastic mount), gear changer does not always work. Long series of headaches. My bike is a lemon. The worst part is the local dealer does not know how to get parts from Gazelle and Gazelle does not allow me to buy them. I am stuck with this nightmare. So dealer put on after market light when I wanted original light. I would give anything to get rid of this bike but spent a huge amount of money.

Break Issue and lack of bottle holder pins/screws I received my bike approx. 10 days ago. I rode my bike about three times and heard a strange noise with my bike's break. For safety reason, I took it to my bike shop and learned that it wasn't installed correctly. It is unfortunate that I experienced such a simple issue so quickly. That's one of the issue. As for on the bike, I feel that missing a water bottle holding screws as a standard offering is unacceptable. From the pictures online, the C380 HMB had water bottle holder screws, while the actual bike is missing them. I am very disappointed that a bike doesn't have water bottle holder screws as a standard feature.
