We reached out to customer support, and Brandon went above and beyond to assist us. He connected us with an engineer to create a new design that could accommodate our changes. Brandon took charge of the situation, and within a couple of days, everything was sorted. The refund process for the returned items was seamless and completed within two days of receipt. Our initial satisfaction with Muzata was only reinforced when we encountered a minor issue with the washers covering the holes. However, the customer service I received from BRANDON throughout the entire process was by far the best customer service I have ever received, even with a 14 hour time difference.
