Shipping delayed by a week Materials were estimated to be delivered a week ago. Due to the delay, I had to push off my house inspection for a customer. Also the order was shipped in 17 different packages via multiple carriers. Very difficult shipping experience overall

Not what I expected for the money It is not easy to install the screws there sold are not fitting properly. The hand railings are not always straight. The holes are in metric which is very difficult to get you have to order drill bits online. The quality of the stainless steel is not great either. We regret buying the railing but after spending a few thousand dollars we have no choice then to install it and try the best.

Customer Service Review (BRANDON) The initial shipments were very problematic in getting the project completed on time. However, the customer service I received from BRANDON throughout the entire process was by far the best customer service I have ever received, even with a 14 hour time difference.
