I purchased my railing from. Mazuta I purchased my railing from Mazuta. Had many questions and needed support. My emails were answered daily detailed explanation was provided along with assistance in design of my railing. One small piece was missing when I received my package and it was sent out via FedEx immediately delivery time as described all followed by emails and tracking information. Definitely recommend this over seas company

Not what I expected for the money It is not easy to install the screws there sold are not fitting properly. The hand railings are not always straight. The holes are in metric which is very difficult to get you have to order drill bits online. The quality of the stainless steel is not great either. We regret buying the railing but after spending a few thousand dollars we have no choice then to install it and try the best.

Love the finished product! Love, love, love the finished product! The plan from the engineers was a big help, however one of the parts I ordered, as per the engineer's plan, was incorrect and I was unable to get a full refund, even though they recommended that I purchase the item. There are numerous videos to watch, very helpful. Wish the videos were in some kind of order, instead of splattered across their site. Otherwise, absolutely love the black cable railings! It is so much better than my previous wood railings, no comparison and the invisible fittings are the finishing touches!
