I was redoing the railing system on my… I was redoing the railing system on my deck. I wanted to change the old dry rotted outdated wood railing to something more modern and durable. I also wanted something that didn't obstruct the view. We decided to go with a cable railing system. The problem was I couldn't find any systems that were an exact fit to how we wanted our railing system to work, especially finding handrails. After looking at multiple different cable railing suppliers we found that Muzata had a very good customizable system. Also, the quality of their products was very good and their customer service was wonderful. They were very helpful in making sure everything worked well with each other and even when I ordered something online that didn't seem to fit with the previous orders, they would contact me to confirm I that it was actually what I needed. Great company I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Great value, great look, great customer service I really like the product. I do with there was a little more how to install info on youtube. But I am very satisfied with the product, look, and fuctionality. While the cost wasn't inexpensive, similar products were even more money. As such, pretty good value. We've only had it up for a few months so I can't speak to how it weathers. Finally, customer service was fantastic, contacting me when they could tell I ordered the wrong product.

Customer Service Review (BRANDON) The initial shipments were very problematic in getting the project completed on time. However, the customer service I received from BRANDON throughout the entire process was by far the best customer service I have ever received, even with a 14 hour time difference.
