Good Display Boxes I ordered two display boxes to protect some of my collectibles, they're well made and great for my needs. They were delivered well protected in several layers of bubble wrap, I think the only way they could've been damaged in transit is if the delivery person pitched the box at my house from a speeding vehicle. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is originally I was only sent one of my boxes, and had to email the company twice before my second box was mailed. They did respond promptly to both of my emails and corrected the error, so I would still shop with pleximart in the future based on my total experience.

Very High quality acrylic cases Very High quality acrylic cases. I have two from them, custom made. The first one arrived a bit bigger than requested, but they made it right and sent me another. The second order was perfect, and they were very communicative of the process. Would highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend! After a rocky start requesting a custom quote with no response for several days, the customer service afterwards was stellar. The white hinged box I ordered is exactly what I wanted. The hinges aren't 100% straight, but it doesn't detract from my satisfaction. I'm so happy that they offer custom sizes, although they are a bit pricey, and the shipping cost is very high.

Custom Box Fiasco Handled Well The custom box I had ordered had come cracked and in pieces. Pleximart was so quick to respond the issue, had made a claim with the shipping company, and then got to work on a replacement I needed fast. The new box came so quickly and in great condition in time for the show we needed it for.

Excellent customer service and follow up The acrylic boxes are well made and look excellent on the shelf. Order processing was good and first part of order arrived perfectly. However, the remainder of the order took some doing to get delivered correctly. Even though there was some mix up in their shipping, the company was persistent and ensured that I received what I ordered. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase from Pleximart again. This was my second order from there store. The first experience was excellent.
