GBCustom Box Fiasco Handled Well The custom box I had ordered had come cracked and in pieces. Pleximart was so quick to respond the issue, had made a claim with the shipping company, and then got to work on a replacement I needed fast. The new box came so quickly and in great condition in time for the show we needed it for.

GBTimely response and professional attitude I've ordered from Pleximart three separate times now and they've delivered all three times. In my most recent order, an item was missing, but they responded to my email in three hours and shipped out the rest of the order as soon as possible. I can't deny that their products are expensive, but you're paying for consistency and a headache-free experience (as well as a good product of course).

GBExcellent customer service and follow up The acrylic boxes are well made and look excellent on the shelf. Order processing was good and first part of order arrived perfectly. However, the remainder of the order took some doing to get delivered correctly. Even though there was some mix up in their shipping, the company was persistent and ensured that I received what I ordered. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase from Pleximart again. This was my second order from there store. The first experience was excellent.
