Took a long time Took a long time; expensive; I had to contact Pleximart after three weeks of not hearing from them to find out the status of my order. I haven't received it yet, but they say it's been shipped.

Good Display Boxes I ordered two display boxes to protect some of my collectibles, they're well made and great for my needs. They were delivered well protected in several layers of bubble wrap, I think the only way they could've been damaged in transit is if the delivery person pitched the box at my house from a speeding vehicle. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is originally I was only sent one of my boxes, and had to email the company twice before my second box was mailed. They did respond promptly to both of my emails and corrected the error, so I would still shop with pleximart in the future based on my total experience.

Timely response and professional attitude I've ordered from Pleximart three separate times now and they've delivered all three times. In my most recent order, an item was missing, but they responded to my email in three hours and shipped out the rest of the order as soon as possible. I can't deny that their products are expensive, but you're paying for consistency and a headache-free experience (as well as a good product of course).

Found Pleximart through a random search… Found Pleximart through a random search looking for a custom enclosure and man let me tell you they did not disappoint!!! Peter was great to deal with and very responsive, somehow some measurements got messed up and I tried to make what was built work but it just wasn't happening. I sent them an email to clear things up and when they were able to they sent me a new enclosure no questions asked. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!

Item exactly what looking for but outrageous postage charge Item was just we were looking for but price of postage was absolutely outrageous—item should have been sent overnight or at least priority mail for money paid. Should not have had to wait so long for delivery st that price. Postage was just a little less than what we paid for the two items purchased. Box was arrived all dented up and in rough shape, but thankfully items were not damaged—not professionally packaged.
