Replacement case shipped the same week, very proactive and easy communication Great place to shop with great customer service, I will definitely order from them again.

Very High quality acrylic cases Very High quality acrylic cases. I have two from them, custom made. The first one arrived a bit bigger than requested, but they made it right and sent me another. The second order was perfect, and they were very communicative of the process. Would highly recommend.

Measurement mistake on my part but I… Measurement mistake on my part but I ordered a custom box and only figured for one wall instead of two to give outside dimensions. Since I'm fitting the box around something I also specifically included what the inside dimensions need to be in the note (the correct measurement). For the price I paid I feel you should have read my note,checked, and contacted me for a correction before production. EDIT: please match your description of measurement labels with the ones in the form. Thanksyou

Item exactly what looking for but outrageous postage charge Item was just we were looking for but price of postage was absolutely outrageous—item should have been sent overnight or at least priority mail for money paid. Should not have had to wait so long for delivery st that price. Postage was just a little less than what we paid for the two items purchased. Box was arrived all dented up and in rough shape, but thankfully items were not damaged—not professionally packaged.

My order wasn't processed until after I… My order wasn't processed until after I emailed them asking why after 7 business days it hadn't shown any movement. For such a simple and small order, it should have been processed and in transit no later than 3 business days after ordering. That's being generous. When my customers order something from me, they get a tracking number the same day and movement showing by the next business day. No excuse for this oversight in orders.
