GBTook a long time Took a long time; expensive; I had to contact Pleximart after three weeks of not hearing from them to find out the status of my order. I haven't received it yet, but they say it's been shipped.

GBWould definitely recommend! After a rocky start requesting a custom quote with no response for several days, the customer service afterwards was stellar. The white hinged box I ordered is exactly what I wanted. The hinges aren't 100% straight, but it doesn't detract from my satisfaction. I'm so happy that they offer custom sizes, although they are a bit pricey, and the shipping cost is very high.

GBJanuary, 2024 Exhibit Okay so in early January, 2024 we ordered a 5-sided vitrine for an exhibit we wanted to have opened by February, 2024. I was a little worried ordering a vitrine as they can take time to make, and as they say if you want something fast you either have to pay big or sacrifice on quality. We ordered this vitrine and it was here in less than two weeks. The measurements were EXACTLY as we wished, and let me tell you, the packaging - oh girl, it was IMMACULATE. Could have been thrown off a cliff and survived. The price, including shipping, was cheaper than out usually local plastic maker. We are SO PLEASED with the quality, the shipping time, and production time and we WILL be using Pleximart again. There were no bubbles in the seams, there were added seam reinforcement in the bottom corners, and the quality is definitely fit for a fine art museum. This lucky little vitrine will be housing a Carl Rungius bronze sculpture!
