I have sended video of problem and Wuben team just shipped a replacement. Quick and professional communication. Replasment received really quickly. About 7 days. I like my OWL X3. Great flashlight. Why broken I don't know, but Wuben team are professionals and ready to help.

VERY Slow Shipping After Ignoring Immediate Order Cancellation Ordering system required full payment info before verifying coupon codes. Emailed to cancel order immediately. Ava did not reply until it was "shipped." However, tracking info showed the carrier had not received the package yet. Ava did not reply to message showing they only printed a shipping label. Several weeks later, the unwanted package arrived and Ava immediately replied that it was delivered! Avoid this dishonest seller. Let's see if they honor their return policy.

WUBEN X2 WUBEN X2, I like this flashlight because it has a simple shape, is small and light, very comfortable in my pocket. The three Osram P9 emitters are very impressive, the light produced is very bright, even though it is flood type, the light throws quite far. The unique body and USB C of this flashlight add a unique and futuristic impression. The simple UI and instant strobe really helped me in using it. I have tried dropping it to a height of 1m and tried washing it with water, and the flashlight still turns on normally. Spectacular.

Favorite user of my collection I have well over 100 flashlights. Lumintop, Emisar and Noctigon, Sofirn and Wurkkos, Acebeam, etc. the T1 is my favorite full size light. I keep it by the front door and take it on nighttime excursions. Of all those lights, it has the perfect combination of size, weight, feel, beam and the switch is probably my favorite feature. Awesome light!
