Update The company contacted me via trust pilot (after I put this review) with instructions that did not work. I would like to know how to fix it, if it is possible as right now it is not even starting. New Update 21/04/2024 after sending another email on 11/04/2024 as they indicated I got no reply whatsoever. I would not buy this machine.

I discovered their products via my wife… I discovered their products via my wife browsing. I looked and for sure I needed some. They were upfront about an out of stock item and advised me of the expected restocking of that item. Just like clockwork, the restocked and sent me my completed order. The process was quick and complete. I really appreciate their candor and their actions. Great experience.

Better way of cleaning artificial turf! We needed some help cleaning our artificial turf from leaves and small seed pods and purchased the Turfmatic 380 Artificial Grass Sweeper 2 in 1-1800w. It is working great! It's a bit loud, but does the job. It not only saves us cleanup time, but does a better job than our hand rake and blower. We do recommend it for sweeping and raking up the leaves. BTW this is not a vacuum, it's a stiff plastic rotating brush.

Great product which I have already used… great product which I have already used twice on my artificial turf...! My only suggestion for improvement would be to have clearer photographs in the assembly instructions for attaching the hand and side rails. I would highly recommend this product to others..!.
