Read the manual! Makes the turf look new again! It’s not a commercial use product so don’t treat it like one. If it’s really hot outside and you set the brush too low you are going to abuse the motor. I had mine on setting 2 and it was working too hard. Set it to level 1 and it worked great. When the brushes start to wear down then you should be able to lower the setting. Don’t treat it like a vacuum cleaner and lower the brush down to the bottom. Take your time and go over the turf a few times at first. You will notice that more debris will start coming up off the bottom when the turf isn’t flattened. It’s a good product out of the box!

Customer service line and addresses seem to be just a facade And how do I determine if the product is faulty? How does turfmatic know what my problem is if they aren’t responding to my communication efforts? Literally, this is the first and ONLY conversation I’m having with turfmatic and it’s in this strange forum. Why won’t anyone return to my emails? They’ve decided I don’t deserve/qualify for a return silently and just ignore my MULTIPLE attempts to make contact? Thank you for responding! I really would like to speak with someone about a return. I understand you guys need an RMA but not only can I not find it but where do I send it?? The places I’ve contact don’t respond. This is the first response I’ve gotten from this company and it didn’t give me any information on how to complete this return. Please provide me with a contact address to someone who will respond?? Since my item arrived, I’ve been trying to reach someone at turfmatic. I tried all the email addresses listed either in my order emails and any address listed (anywhere) on their site. All of them are a dead end. Either they get returned to me or no one responds. There’s a phone number on the website but when I dial it’s just an empty line. No ringing, no one answers, not even a recorded message. Another dead end. There’s a representative listed on the contact page who’s located in a totally different state but after multiple dead ends, I emailed him directly. While he responded, it went no where. He said I need to find my RMA number and contact customer service and then has since ghosted me. I’ve gone to their socials, there’s nothing there to provide a lead to contact info. I’m out of options. Their warranty is another facade if there’s no one to answer emails or calls when you have a problem. So with that, I strongly don’t recommend purchasing expensive items from this company!!

Customer Service is lacking. Customer service is non-existent. We purchased the incorrect product and were inquiring on how to exchange it for the one we meant to purchase. After calling the toll free # that directs callers to send an email (why have a toll free # at all?), we sent an email and received one reply asking for additional information. We responded and then did not receive a reply, even after a second follow up email was sent. Look, I get it if you can't make it happen for us but communicating this to close the loop would have been appreciated and respectful. And we bought the extended warranty...so now I worry if anyone will respond if we ever need it. The sweeper product works fine and lifts the turf nicely. I am not sure about the design that kicks back everything on the person mowing. Wear long pants and glasses for protection and the mower should be fine. Which, BTW, is how we realized we wanted the sweeper vacuum product vs. the sweeper we purchased. Our work around is to use a shop vacuum to pick up the pile made by the sweeper. It would have been nice to do it all in one step. Moral of the story. Don't buy direct from the manufacturer. Buy from Amazon so you have some recourse.

The sweeper turned a three hour job… The sweeper turned a three hour job into a 40 minute job. Although it picked up most of the debris, I had to make several passes to pick up debris that fell out of the debris collector. If the debris collector was angled downwards vs upwards I am sure the debris would not fall at all. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I do recommend this useful machine to help you maintain a clean turf!
