I would like to know how to fix it, if it is possible as right now it is not even starting. New Update 21/04/2024 after sending another email on 11/04/2024 as they indicated I got no reply whatsoever. I would not buy this machine.

The sweeper picks up all the dog hair… The sweeper picks up all the dog hair left behind by my 2 golden Retrievers. It also picks up a lot of just plain old dirt blown into the turf by our West Texas breezes.

Turfmatic™ 380 Artificial Grass Sweeper The Turfmatic 380 Artificial Grass Sweeper 2 in 1 works very well on my turf. It arrived quickly and I rapidly put it into action and it worked very well to remove embedded leaves from my turf. Before I purchased the Turfmatic, I used a rake and a blower. This combination was hard work. The Turfmatic is quick and effective.

The sweeper turned a three hour job… The sweeper turned a three hour job into a 40 minute job. Although it picked up most of the debris, I had to make several passes to pick up debris that fell out of the debris collector. If the debris collector was angled downwards vs upwards I am sure the debris would not fall at all. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I do recommend this useful machine to help you maintain a clean turf!

Great Turf Cleaner I am very happy with the performance of this machine. I have about 2500 SF of synthetic turf and it cleans it and stands up the fibers very well. It only takes 15-20 minutes. The brushes kind of pull the machine along easily. It is generally pretty light and maneuvers easily. As noted in some other reviews, it does not get close to the edges, so I just blow them off into the yard beforehand to clean up with the machine.
