Shipping was fast Shipping was fast, the box was damaged in transit which caused a piece of the wood to have a small chip in it. The instruction manual was very easy to follow and the parts to assemble were numbered and lettered. I had no problem putting this desk together and its size is perfect. The drawers are smaller than expected but overall I am super happy with my purchase.

This is my first time ordering from… This is my first time ordering from here and there were missing pieces and I was unable to put the vanity together. I am currently waiting on the missing pieces to arrive with the hopes that it will be here before Christmas so I can put it together for my daughter. I don’t think I will return as a customer.

Incorrect Pricing The items I ordered were priced incorrectly and I was offered $10 off for the inconvenience. My order went from being a little over $400 to a little over $700. As a business owner, this is a mistake I would have expected the company to own and fix moving forward, but not make it the customer's dilemma. Wasn't a great feeling.

Was told when orderedeit would be… Was told when orderedeit would be delivered before Christmas and I can’t track it because the number is invalid and office is closed so I can’t find my item anywhere! And I was sent this review before my item got delivered!
