Timing and product first class only one little glitch Everything was absolutely wonderful, sent in a timely manner, and made of good quality. My only complaint and it is a small one…. I ordered three for gifts and there was only one instruction booklet. I did go on my computer and make two more, but felt instruction booklet, should’ve come with each one.

My Python HD arrived this week and I'm… My Python HD arrived this week and I'm in awe. Ever since me and my wife began hiking, we were mesmerized by the beauty of nature and only began to really appreciate it in the last couple of years. Whenever we tried to share photos with our family, they just didn't quite capture it. Of course this telescope won't have its own section at Griffith Observatory, but for this price we couldn't ask for more. It delivers through and through and I take it with me on every trip to nature! Customer service has been very pleasant as well.

I’m still waiting for it I’m still waiting for it, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, I’ve emailed the company and nobody has responded, I joined the tracking app and I get the same text saying USPS is awaiting item. I’m gonna give it a few more days , I purchased on Sept 24th, so I’m gonna give it until the 7th that’s 10 business days then report it as fraud if I haven’t got it by then. Not happy with the way this is going.
