In this environment in which you sell credibility & don’t back it up with a result , leaves me pondering why I did it. You send me a survey for a star rating . The lowest rating you offer is 1 red star , which I gave. I’d have given you a hot dog excrement moji if I could. You offered a product with a delivery time of 10 days. I agreed and gave you my hard earned.Weeks and weeks have passed. You have my $ & now my vitriol .🖕🏻

Ever since me and my wife began hiking, we were mesmerized by the beauty of nature and only began to really appreciate it in the last couple of years. Whenever we tried to share photos with our family, they just didn't quite capture it. Of course this telescope won't have its own section at Griffith Observatory, but for this price we couldn't ask for more. It delivers through and through and I take it with me on every trip to nature! Customer service has been very pleasant as well.

Timing and product first class only one little glitch Everything was absolutely wonderful, sent in a timely manner, and made of good quality. My only complaint and it is a small one…. I ordered three for gifts and there was only one instruction booklet. I did go on my computer and make two more, but felt instruction booklet, should’ve come with each one.
