GBI ordered this and paid for expedited… I ordered this and paid for expedited shipping almost 3 weeks ago. I ordered it for a trip to Yellowstone Park which I have already gone and come back and still haven't received the purchase.

GBPut numbers on each product instead of… Put numbers on each product instead of relying on the pictures. I have yet to receive the monocular I wanted. I wanted the monocular that brought the boat and the moon into sharper view. The ones (5) I received can not bring in anything in from 300 yards. A friend of mine says that this sounds like the old “Bait and Switch” method of advertising one product and hen sending a lesser product for the higher price!!! I would love to return the ones I have and get the one I wanted.!!!

GBI have rated low due to the very poor… I have rated low due to the very poor communication,inwhich I had to email the Company to enquire over the delay.I ordered the product the beginning of December and recieved it on the 10th January.I personally would not use this Company again.

GBI can’t get a hold of customer service I can’t get a hold of customer service. I need a part looked at that broke first time out of the box!

GBTiming and product first class only one little glitch Everything was absolutely wonderful, sent in a timely manner, and made of good quality. My only complaint and it is a small one…. I ordered three for gifts and there was only one instruction booklet. I did go on my computer and make two more, but felt instruction booklet, should’ve come with each one.
