Handled my miss hap with soaring response time!! There was a glitch w affirm so my order didnt go through and I had to contact their support. They responded right away and my Python came within a few days! Im super pleased with their response!

To see the wildlife around me Finally received my python hd this morning, haven't had the time to fully check it out, but did look through everything and took a look at the bluffs behind me. It was a little hazy out this morning so getting things in focus wasn't that great, but I could see that the view is brought in a lot closer and hopefully I will get to see critters out there.

Online form was difficult to use - and OVERCHARGED Me Online form was difficult to use. Worse than that, Python charged me 6 times for 1 Monocular Telescope; refunded 1 charge only. Did not respond to my request for refunds for excess payments. Will never purchase their products again. Also, the reply I received from Python to this review was non-responsive, stating that I did not order 6 items. I never claimed to have placed 6 orders, however I was charged 6 times.

I have rated low due to the very poor… I have rated low due to the very poor communication,inwhich I had to email the Company to enquire over the delay.I ordered the product the beginning of December and recieved it on the 10th January.I personally would not use this Company again.

Ads were misleading The ads for this product make it seem way easier to use than it really is . It does seem to be fairly well built but the tiny tripod /handle makes it so hard to look through as you would have to be sitting at a table or other surface to use. Without stabilizing it on something I could never get a clear view far away for more than a couple seconds. Still haven’t been able to take clear pics using the smartphone adapter. I would never have purchased it had I known all this beforehand, sorry.
