Ads were misleading The ads for this product make it seem way easier to use than it really is . It does seem to be fairly well built but the tiny tripod /handle makes it so hard to look through as you would have to be sitting at a table or other surface to use. Without stabilizing it on something I could never get a clear view far away for more than a couple seconds. Still haven’t been able to take clear pics using the smartphone adapter. I would never have purchased it had I known all this beforehand, sorry.

Online form was difficult to use - and OVERCHARGED Me Online form was difficult to use. Worse than that, Python charged me 6 times for 1 Monocular Telescope; refunded 1 charge only. Did not respond to my request for refunds for excess payments. Will never purchase their products again. Also, the reply I received from Python to this review was non-responsive, stating that I did not order 6 items. I never claimed to have placed 6 orders, however I was charged 6 times.

Sorry Sorry, but I'm unable to focus this thing at any range. Possibly damaged during transport though there's no visual signs of damage to either container or device.

The lowest rating you offer is 1 red star , which I gave. I’d have given you a hot dog excrement moji if I could. You offered a product with a delivery time of 10 days.
