GBPut numbers on each product instead of… Put numbers on each product instead of relying on the pictures. I have yet to receive the monocular I wanted. I wanted the monocular that brought the boat and the moon into sharper view. The ones (5) I received can not bring in anything in from 300 yards. A friend of mine says that this sounds like the old “Bait and Switch” method of advertising one product and hen sending a lesser product for the higher price!!! I would love to return the ones I have and get the one I wanted.!!!

AUSorry Sorry, but I'm unable to focus this thing at any range. Possibly damaged during transport though there's no visual signs of damage to either container or device.

CYMy Python HD arrived this week and I'm… My Python HD arrived this week and I'm in awe. Ever since me and my wife began hiking, we were mesmerized by the beauty of nature and only began to really appreciate it in the last couple of years. Whenever we tried to share photos with our family, they just didn't quite capture it. Of course this telescope won't have its own section at Griffith Observatory, but for this price we couldn't ask for more. It delivers through and through and I take it with me on every trip to nature! Customer service has been very pleasant as well.

AUI have nothing for my money I have nothing for my money . I’m feeling pretty much like I’ve been scammed. In this environment in which you sell credibility & don’t back it up with a result , leaves me pondering why I did it. You send me a survey for a star rating . The lowest rating you offer is 1 red star , which I gave. I’d have given you a hot dog excrement moji if I could. You offered a product with a delivery time of 10 days. I agreed and gave you my hard earned.Weeks and weeks have passed. You have my $ & now my vitriol .🖕🏻
