I have rated low due to the very poor… I have rated low due to the very poor communication,inwhich I had to email the Company to enquire over the delay.I ordered the product the beginning of December and recieved it on the 10th January.I personally would not use this Company again.

Timing and product first class only one little glitch Everything was absolutely wonderful, sent in a timely manner, and made of good quality. My only complaint and it is a small one…. I ordered three for gifts and there was only one instruction booklet. I did go on my computer and make two more, but felt instruction booklet, should’ve come with each one.

Magnification is good and quite clear. Magnification is good and quite clear. Hard to mount onto my iPhone 14 ProMax and does not hold so very hard to take a photo.

I’m still waiting for it I’m still waiting for it, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, I’ve emailed the company and nobody has responded, I joined the tracking app and I get the same text saying USPS is awaiting item. I’m gonna give it a few more days , I purchased on Sept 24th, so I’m gonna give it until the 7th that’s 10 business days then report it as fraud if I haven’t got it by then. Not happy with the way this is going.

Ads were misleading The ads for this product make it seem way easier to use than it really is . It does seem to be fairly well built but the tiny tripod /handle makes it so hard to look through as you would have to be sitting at a table or other surface to use. Without stabilizing it on something I could never get a clear view far away for more than a couple seconds. Still haven’t been able to take clear pics using the smartphone adapter. I would never have purchased it had I known all this beforehand, sorry.
