SportRX customer S\service representative promptly replied to my email with a prepaid USPS return shipping. The broken frames were replaced and I had my glasses back in less than a week. Amazing service.

Just received my relensed Oakley… Just received my relensed Oakley prescription sunglasses from SportRx, and I couldn't be happier. The genuine Oakley Prizm "Everyday" 24k premium progressives are perfect -- the central (distant) vision is properly placed, unlike my plain progressive glasses that I have to pull down on my nose to see clearly while driving or watching TV/movies. And the price was more than $100 less than what I would have paid using my employer's "vision plan". I mailed my frame on May 18, received my new glasses on June 4. After accounting for the transit time, just two weeks turnaround as expected.
