They quickly answered my questions, provoded solutions, and tried to get everything squared away for me to my liking, which involved me mailing my sunglasses back for adjustments. GBGreat product AND Customer service Ordering goggles online by just dimensions is nerve-racking enough. Wondering how they will fit, did you get the PD right, will they work under his gear? The initial pair we ordered did not fit under my son's football helmet and I was worried we wasted all of that money. But! Oscar was so extremely helpful! I sent him pictures of how the original ones fit and he sent us 3 others to try. We were able to find a pair of goggles that work under his helmet so he can SEE while he is playing football! I cant express how much we appreciate the product, but also the customer service and 'above and beyond' mentality. Huge help and we're beyond happy! Thank you!!!!

GBGreat Glasses! The BEST Customer Support team!! First the back story: My son told us he was having trouble seeing the board in his classes and admitted it had been like this for quite some time. He simply didn’t want glasses. But luckily he convinced himself it was something he needed to tell us, and he let us know about his vision issues. We made an appointment with America’s Best for an eye exam and to purchase two basic pairs of glasses for the classroom (along with contact lenses). Everything went well, but my son told us he really wanted a pair of prescription Oakley glasses for his last few games of high school baseball (he’s a senior and graduates in less than a month). I asked him to do a bit of research (while I did the same), and he suggested SportRX. The prices seemed competitive with other sites, and SportRX offered a style of Oakley frames that other retailers didn’t offer (and that my son really liked). So we ordered his glasses. Now the reason for the review: As the days passed, and I found out his contact lenses were delayed (not to mention the fact that he realized how much of a difference his regular glasses made for him during outfield practice), I contacted the SportRX Customer Support team (and the hero of this story, Joyce) to see if anything could be done to speed the process of getting his sports glasses. To say that Joyce (and everyone in the lab) went above and beyond is a MASSIVE understatement! Joyce called the lab on a daily basis to get updates and then called me soon after each day with an update on the progress of my son’s glasses. Joyce worked tirelessly to see that my son had his glasses a week earlier than had been expected and even had them delivered on a Saturday! We are indebted to Joyce and everyone at SportRX for their tireless effort on our order…and for caring in a way that I can only describe as AMAZING! Thank you, SportRX! And thank you, Joyce!!!
